By using sage-tutor.com ("SageTutor") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SageTutor provides original practice material in the style of the IELTS test and the digital SAT, with automatic marking and estimated scores. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, Cambridge University Press & Assessment or College Board. IELTS is a trademark of its respective owners; SAT is a trademark of College Board.

Estimated IELTS bands and SAT scores are a guide only. They are based on published conversion tables (IELTS) or our own provisional scoring model (SAT) and do not predict or guarantee the result of any official test.

Your account

• Keep access to your email or Google account secure; anyone who can sign in to it can use your SageTutor account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the test content, answer keys or model answers, try to get around usage limits, or interfere with the service.

Content

The practice tests, explanations and model answers are owned by SageTutor and licensed to you for personal study only. The essays and answers you write remain yours; you allow us to store and process them to provide the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on estimated scores.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use SageTutor after a change means you accept the updated terms.
